Every parcel is insured as part of our US$0.50 per-order fulfillment fee, providing coverage for lost or damaged shipments. Shipping is quoted separately for your products and destinations, and duties and taxes are included in that DDP quote. Manufacturing or sourcing custom packaging materials is quoted separately. There are no setup fees and no lock-in contract.

- Storage
- Unlimited volume and duration, with no seasonal storage surcharges.
- Order fee
- US$0.50 per order, regardless of the number of items or units.
- Receiving
- No additional charges for pallets, unlabelled or mixed cartons, counting discrepancies or labelling.
- Packaging
- A standard mailer is included, and packaging labor is included in the order fee. Manufacturing or sourcing custom packaging materials is priced by the material and supplier.
- Shipping and billable weight
- Shipping is quoted separately using the greater of actual packed weight and volumetric weight, which reflects the space the parcel occupies. Packed dimensions, destination and service affect the quote. The carrier and service determine the calculation and rounding; ask for your parcel-specific quote.
- Returns
- Customers can ship returns to the SuperFulfill warehouse in China, where they are restocked. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the merchant or end customer, depending on the merchant's return policy.
- Parcel insurance
- Every parcel is insured as part of our US$0.50 per-order fulfillment fee, providing coverage for lost or damaged shipments.
- Specialist services
- Inspection, kitting, inserts and relabelling are included in the US$0.50 fee.
- Currency and payment
- Billed in USD, prepaid.
- Price changes
- Clients are notified as soon as we know about a change.

China fulfillment pricing questions
Are there separate storage fees?
No. Storage is included in the US$0.50 order fee, with no limit on volume or duration and no seasonal storage surcharges.
Are there receiving or handling fees?
Receiving is included, with no additional charges for pallets, unlabelled or mixed cartons, counting discrepancies or labelling. Inspection, kitting, inserts, relabelling and packaging labor are included in the order fee too. Parcel insurance is included in the US$0.50 order fee. Shipping is quoted separately. Duties and taxes are included in the DDP shipping quote. Manufacturing or sourcing custom packaging materials is quoted separately.
Are there setup or hidden fees?
There are no setup fees or account fees. You pay for fulfillment and shipping as quoted, and every charge appears on your daily invoice in the client portal.
Is there a minimum order volume?
No. There is no minimum order volume and no minimum monthly billing. SuperFulfill accepts startups and low-volume brands, including businesses starting with a small inventory. Products and destinations are still reviewed before a quote.
Who handles duties and customs?
We do. DDP (delivered duty paid) shipping is standard: every international shipment is arranged on DDP terms. Duties, customs and import requirements are handled as part of each shipment, and the quoted shipping price includes applicable duties and taxes. Any charge a destination imposes separately is noted in your quote.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in is required. Clients stay because the service works for them.
