SuperFulfill ships internationally from China. Available shipping routes and service options depend on your products and destinations. Our team confirms coverage and suitable shipping options before you begin.
Where will my inventory be stored?
Your inventory is stored at an assigned warehouse in China. Your account team confirms the warehouse and receiving address during onboarding so you know where your products should be sent.
Who handles duties and customs?
We do. DDP (delivered duty paid) shipping is standard: every international shipment is arranged on DDP terms. Duties, customs and import requirements are handled as part of each shipment, and the quoted shipping price includes applicable duties and taxes. Any charge a destination imposes separately is noted in your quote.
