- Do I need an audience of a particular size?
- No. We read every application and care far more about whether your audience actually ships physical products than how many of them there are.
- What do I actually share?
- A link and a code. On approval you also get the content library — briefs, decks and shipping-lane sheets written in plain language — so you never have to explain freight or customs yourself.
- How does attribution work?
- A 60-day first-touch cookie: the earliest click keeps the credit. You can also add a brand by hand in your dashboard, which is credited immediately and is the safer route for an introduction made by email.
- When and how am I paid?
- Monthly, once the brand's invoice clears — bank transfer or Wise, in USD. Your dashboard shows what has accrued, what has been paid, and on which brand.
- Can I refer my own brand?
- No — self-referrals are not eligible. If you want SuperFulfill for your own products, ask for a quote instead and we will price it properly.
- Do I have to say nice things about you?
- No, and please don't if they aren't true. The programme survives on honest recommendations; a disclosed affiliate link on an honest review is worth more to both of us than a testimonial nobody believes.
