Fulfillment pricing has a reputation for fine print. The SuperFulfill model is deliberately short: one fulfillment fee per order, one small fee per additional item, shipping quoted separately for your products and destinations, and nothing else. This post explains each line and what to prepare so your quote is accurate the first time.
The fulfillment fee
Picking and packing starts at $0.50 USD per order. Each additional item in the same order adds $0.15 USD. That covers barcode-verified picking, quality-checked packing and same-day dispatch from the fulfillment center.
Shipping
Shipping is quoted separately, based on your products and the destinations you sell to, so you only pay for what you actually use. SuperFulfill selects a country-specific carrier across 150+ optimised routes for each of 220+ destinations, and duties, customs and import requirements are handled as part of the service.
Two ways to be priced
You choose the model that suits you: a standard rate card, or a custom quote priced per product. Either way, all pricing is in USD, with no setup fees, no hidden costs and no lock-in contract. Most clients simply stay for as long as it is working for them.
Who it is for
SuperFulfill works with established brands shipping 300+ orders per month, and every application is reviewed for fit. To build your rates, share your brand and store link, the platform you sell on, monthly order volume, main markets, a product list with sizes and weights (or a link if you need sourcing), average units per order, and any special handling needs such as fragile or oversized goods.
